Schedule of Classes
Meredith's classes are a physical and spiritual journey led by the breath and the heart. Her moderate classes are STRONG and her Gentle classes are sweet with a clear beginning, middle, and end.
Most classes will start with a seated centering, a guided meditation, and/or pranayama (breathwork). Meredith is deeply influenced and grateful to all of her teachers (please see her bio for more info). You'll find Kripalu Yoga woven next to Kundalini, sprinkled with some Yin, Vinyasa, and Katonah Yoga. Her style will keep you guessing as to what you will learn next. With humor, encouragement and trust, built overtime between teacher and student, you'll be ready to try the seemingly impossible! She is so excited to begin this NEW Journey with ALL of YOU at Root.
